Every situation will vary, but our role when partnering with operating partners includes: M&A transaction support (identifying, negotiating, and closing an acquisition), securing equity and debt financing, and an additional level of support for management teams.
Our involvement increases the odds of individuals successfully acquiring a company while also adding additional resources in the continued growth and success of the business.
